Boundless spaces
The terrace at this remarkable location features 6 connected louvred terrace canopies. They follow the round shape of the building. Each louvred roof can be operated individually. In addition to the ventilation position, the louvres of this canopy can slide open entirely. The canopy is equipped with heaters for homey temperatures on colder days. The walls are closed at the front with a motorised adjustable parapet consisting of 3 panels, which can be easily opened by remote control. The entrance doors consist of our aluminium frame doors. The result? Unique extra (outdoor) space. Year-round terrace. A spectacular view.
Insulated louvres
CORNELS equips the louvres of the terrace canopies with insulation foam. The benefit is that insulated louvres offer extra comfort while reducing noise and condensation. Impact noise such as rain or hail is dampened on insulated louvres compared to uninsulated louvres. Louvre insulation also reduces ambient noise (and noise to the surroundings) especially when the double-glazed walls are closed. In addition, louvre insulation reduces potential condensation on the louvres and glass walls. One of many benefits of CORNELS’ high-end terrace canopies for the year-round terrace.
